The Global Commission of the House of Fiscal Wisdom is a bold African-led response to a world trapped in obsolete fiscal orders. It convenes economists, lawyers, policymakers, and civic thinkers to design an alternative international fiscal system anchored in justice, legitimacy, and shared prosperity. Rather than tinkering at the margins of failed institutions, the Commission re-imagines how the world raises, allocates, and accounts for money—linking digital, climate, and Islamic finance to the moral imperative of human dignity. From Nairobi to the world, it calls for a new fiscal covenant that restores fairness to global finance and gives the Global South an equal voice in shaping its future.
